Healthy Eating on a Budget
Suellen is a retired Registered Dietitian, with over 40 years of practice, including previously Board Certified in Gerontological Nutrition. She owned a private practice for over 17 years, and has maintained her license, credentials, and continuing education.
She has had a life-long interest and experience in Geriatric Nutrition, prevention and treatment of chronic illness and disease.
She led a team of over 1000 women in 33 states, as one of the first 13 top Senior Directors for a new National Direct Selling company (with eventually over 40,000 consultants). Her team sold over 3.4 million dollars in product their highest year, remained in the top 25 teams annually, and for 2 years, promoted the most directors. She organized and led numerous training events and conferences, in multiple states, during her 10 year leadership as an independent consultant for this company and led weekly leadership training calls and zoom calls.
She is a Deacon for the First Presbyterian Church of Ashland and has also been a Presbyterian Elder and Sunday School teacher.
Suellen currently teaches the Nutrition class for the Learn and Earn program at Ashland Pregnancy Care Center, volunteers twice a month in their boutique, and coordinates as a Table Host for their Annual Fundraising Dinner. Suellen is a member of the Ashland Symphony Orchestra's Board of Directors.
